Same day delivery option for London customers

Wednesday, October 11, 2017 - ASOS, one of the world’s leading destinations for fashion loving 20-somethings, today announced ASOS Instant - a Same Day Delivery option for its London customers. ASOS has always focused on giving customers the best experience possible and has a history of offering choice when it comes to delivery and service propositions. In the last year alone, the company introduced 200 related improvements around the world.

ASOS Instant will be available to customers with deliveries to any of London’s 122 postcodes, on orders placed before 10am, Sunday - Friday. It will cost £12.95 and parcels will be delivered between 6 - 10pm on the same day. Availability in other major cities around the UK will follow in the coming months.

“ASOS has a history of innovation - in our use of technology, our trend setting fashion, and in the best-in-class delivery and service propositions we offer our customers. We are excited about the introduction of ASOS Instant and will continue to explore new options that add convenience and choice for ASOS shoppers,” said Matt Rogers, Delivery Solutions and Returns Director, ASOS.

The ASOS approach to delighting its customers is to offer as much choice as possible. This applies both to fashion - with more than 85,000 products on offer at any time - and delivery propositions.

Current options include:

Next Day Delivery – free with an annual ASOS Premier subscription, which costs only £9.95 for UK customers. Next Day Delivery cutoff times are one of the latest in the industry: midnight Monday - Friday, and 8pm on the weekends.

Click and Collect – there are now more than 9,000 Click and Collect points around the UK, with more being added every day, giving customers an easy way to drop off or pick up their ASOS parcels.

One hour delivery time – this year we introduced our new “precise” delivery option, customers choose their day of delivery and are then given the option of booking a one hour delivery window at a time that suits them.

Free returns – and of course this is in addition to free returns offered on all ASOS orders.
