ASOS appoints Mathew Dunn as Chief Financial Officer

Board Change: CFO Appointment

The Board of ASOS plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mathew Dunn to the role of Chief Financial Officer and to the main Board of the company. Mathew will take up his roles in the spring of 2019 on a date to be announced in due course.

Mathew has held a variety of senior management positions, including at SABMiller plc and most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Britvic plc.
