To mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities on Wednesday 3rd December, we launched the ASOS Disability Hub – a dedicated space to support and empower ASOSers who are Disabled, Neurodivergent, or navigating long-term health conditions, as well as allies and advocates.
What’s in the hub?
- Reasonable Adjustments Plan – helping identify and agree on adjustments that remove barriers and enable ASOSers to thrive at work
- Manager Guidance – practical steps for managers to create an inclusive environment
- Neurodiversity Assessment & Support – details on the new AXA Health pathway for faster assessments and early support for ASOSers and their families
- Accessible Technology – tools and tech to help ASOSers work more effectively
- Disability Confident Committed – what Level 1 means for us and the actions we're taking
This launch is an important milestone in our ongoing journey towards disability inclusion. It builds on the roadmap we shared earlier this year with Tilting the Lens, and there’s much more to come.
At ASOS, we’re committed to creating a workplace – and a fashion industry – where everyone can thrive. Find out more about our external work with Tilting the Lens in their recent white paper on making fashion truly inclusive.
