Wallabee Day is Clarks Originals’ global celebration of their most iconic shoe!

Now in its third year, Wallabee Day’s 2026 theme, Worn by the World, shines a spotlight on the Wallabee’s lasting cultural impact as one of footwear’s most recognisable silhouettes - worn across generations, cultures and style tribes worldwide.

Clarks is a brand that carries real emotional weight remembered for first school shoes and trusted ever since for styles that stand the test of time. Clarks Originals has always balanced innovation with craftsmanship and The Wallabee proudly sits alongside some of the brand’s most timeless creations dating back to 1950, including the Desert Boot.

Designed in Somerset and adopted far beyond, the Wallabee™ has transcended generations, geographies and subcultures since 1968 - from Brit-pop culture to Jamaican dancehall, Tokyo street style to New York hip-hop. Breaking the mould with its moccasin‑inspired design and clean, structured silhouette, the shoe is known for its premium suede and signature natural crepe sole.

Worn by the World reframes the Wallabee not just as a shoe, but as a shared cultural language - told through the people who wear it. From the businessman to the skater, the pensioner to the raver, this new campaign reflects a cross-section of everyday life - illustrating how one silhouette moves seamlessly between worlds while remaining entirely its own.

You can shop Wallabees in light pink, green, coral, grey, blue, dark tan and black suede, now!
