In November, we were proud to host Centrepoint’s Employability Day at GLH, welcoming nine young people who have experienced or been at risk of homelessness.
Here’s what we got up to:
Cyber Security & Tech Futures We kicked off with an engaging session led by Daniel and Laura, diving into the world of cyber security, coding, and the future of the tech industry.
Behind-the-Scenes Creative Studio Tour Next, the group explored Studios with Peter, David, Charlton, Georgia and Luke. They saw how the magic happens in our studios and even had professional headshots taken for their LinkedIn profiles.
CV & Interview Skills with ASOS Talent Finally, our Talent team delivered practical advice on CV writing and interview techniques. Huge thanks to Max, Sophia, Salma, Issey and Jenny for sharing their expertise and encouragement.
We’re so proud of the ASOS Foundation’s ongoing partnership with Centrepoint, which began in 2016 by funding the Centrepoint Helpline, a lifeline for young people facing homelessness. Since then, our partnership has grown to create even more opportunities for young people to thrive, and the Employability Day is a brilliant example of the impact we can achieve together.
It was such a brilliant day—full of energy, curiosity, and meaningful conversations. A huge thank you again to everyone who gave their time and expertise to make this experience so impactful for the young people!
