ASOS Collective’s third drop, the Summer Resort capsule, is officially live. This drop brings together different fabric options and elevated silhouettes for relaxed summer dressing that are designed to take our customer from day plans through to evenings.
There are 60 new pieces dropping, with an average price point of £30, and for the first time we are bringing knitwear into ASOS Collective. The linen-rich, superfine knits, cover three key shapes: the T-shirt, tank, and henley. Easy pieces that work perfectly after the sun goes down. We’re also introducing a new trainer design in off-white with natural gum soles. A simple, versatile finishing touch for any summer outfit.
At the heart of the collection is our cotton linen woven base. The team chose fabric which balances the softness and texture of linen with the structure of cotton to make the pieces feel breathable for hot weather. Across matching sets and separates, the colour palette leans into rich rusts, natural browns and khakis, alongside petrol blue and navy. These fabrics also gave us the perfect base to introduce delicate floral embroidery, adding depth to the pieces.
Early best sellers are already emerging, with the linen henley long sleeve currently the strongest performer. The elevated essential T-shirts are also performing well, alongside the green embroidered shirt that featured as the homepage hero piece. This drop is a great example of how our design, buying, technical, marketing and production teams continue to work closely to deliver collections that feel cohesive, elevated and relevant for our customer.
