I’m fully committed to ensuring ‘Fashion With Integrity’ continues to provide the framework for how we do business at ASOS as our global operations expand rapidly. The successes highlighted in this report are testament to the dedication and ambition of our colleagues, suppliers and customers, and all of the expert organisations we work with to create a more sustainable and ethical industry.

Our business

We're serious about achieving growth, but we’re as serious about doing it in a way that adds social value and reduces environmental impact. As an online fashion destination, we’re international in every sense of the word, from the warehouses we ship from to the offices we sit in. Carbon emissions from customer deliveries and running our buildings, as well as the waste created by packaging, are the main business areas we’re always working to improve.

Our customers

We take an inclusive approach to helping young people look, feel and be their best. We believe cultural, physical and individual differences are to be celebrated – we strive to do this thoughtfully in both our communications and committed customer care.

Our community

We're making a positive difference wherever we can to young people’s lives in the communities where we operate. The ASOS Foundation provides infrastructure, training and support to help disadvantaged young adults reach their potential, through focused projects in some of the communities we’ve come to know and love through our business (at the moment this is predominantly the UK, India and Kenya).
